A national courier gets hundreds of unmanifested parcels in every wave. Dispatchers used to sort them by hand against paper run sheets. We built the engine that now routes each parcel the moment it’s scanned.

Scanned at the hub
A handheld scanner reads the barcode. The engine loads the manifest and checks the recipient’s address.

Destination chosen
It weighs the address against live locker space and picks a locker compartment or a driver’s run.

Assigned and notified
It reserves the locker or adds the parcel to the run, then texts the recipient a pickup code.

Exceptions handed over
Anything it can’t place with confidence goes to a dispatcher, with the full details attached.
